Solsberg Festival — Le Maître et son Élève

Making music with friends in the unique atmosphere of sacral-baroque venues on the Rhein is the theme of this 17th edition of the Solsberg Festival, which aims to make the deep and beautiful aspects of music discoverable and accessible. The musicians who contribute to the Solsberg Festival have all won major international prizes and can undoubtedly be numbered among the new generation of leading international soloists.
On this evening, violinists Ilya Gringolts and Dmitry Smirnov, Adrien La Marca on viola, cellist Sol Gabetta, and pianist Bertrand Chamayou with be playing Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quintet No. 1 in C minor, Op. 15, and Lili Boulanger’s piano trios “D'un soir triste” and “D'un matin de printemps.”
Tickets are CHF 29-89 for adults and half price for students.
