Songfield — Group Singing and Relational Presence

Songfield is a gathering space for singing rooted in relational presence. Participants connect through song, embodiment, and relational mindfulness practices, inviting a more conscious music-making experience to deepen their aliveness as they play and create in the group field. They learn songs and explore how becoming more present and attuned to their bodies and with one another can enhance their singing with more truthful expression, love, passion, and a fuller spectrum of their humanness. While they practice together, they also focus on the quality of connection between them, drawing closer to what matters as they cultivate and nourish the ground of relationship from which their singing arises. During a Songfield gathering, participants will warm up their voices and bodies; learn and sing songs together; experience relational fielding practices supporting attunement, authenticity, connection, and coherence; and participate in group reflections.
Songfield is facilitated by Adam Sippola, with a flexible structure that leaves room for inspiration and improvisation. If you have questions, contact him at connect@adamsippola.com.
