With their “Spring Session” concerts, the Markthalle is presenting up-and-coming artists in a broad range of genres from Americana and neo folk to acoustic rock, jazz, and experimental pop. It is always a relaxing atmosphere in the quaint setting of the Wohnzimmer (lounge).
On this evening, the Spring Session will present the first-class musicians of The Highs and Lows. A violinist, a multi-instrumentalist, and a bassist create a unique atmosphere together with singer-songwriter Arjan Vriezen. Vriezen writes lyrics about the inexpressibility of thoughts, the course of life, and the end of love relationships, congenially accompanied by folk-based music whose dense atmosphere casts a spell over the audience.
Entrance is free, but there will be a collection.
