The Pärkli Jam is a three-day free festival in the centrally located St. Johanns-Park, which attracts up to 10,000 visitors every year and offers an incomparable ambience thanks to its proximity to the Rhein. A crew of active young adults, together with the Badhuesli—Jugend & Kultur, creates a non-commercial festival for all ages. For young artists and cultural workers, the Pärkli Jam is an important platform for their creative work. More than 50 regional music and dance groups perform on three different stages (main stage, solar stage, and ferry stage). The entire festival thrives on its colorful range and open access for young and old. Every year, generations and cultures meet, which together create an open, cozy atmosphere. Specific offers for children ensure that even the youngest visitors feel comfortable and are introduced to the wonderful live culture of the Pärkli Jam from an early age.
