Stimmen Festival — Zucchero / Ferris & Sylvester

Marktplatz Lörrach
Saturday, 15 July
20:00

Adelmo Fornaciari, nicknamed Zucchero, is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. If you talk about Italian rock music today, you inevitably think of the man with the hat who has worked with the likes of John Lee Hooker, BB King, Joe Cocker, Queen, and many others. This resulted in world hits like "Senza Una Donna" (feat. Paul Young, 1987) and "Diamante" (feat. Randy Crawford, 1991). With more than 60 million albums sold and numerous gold and platinum awards, he is now one of the most influential musicians in Italy. In 2022, as part of his ongoing world tour, he played an impressive 79 concerts with 700,000 visitors. Zucchero was already a guest at STIMMEN in 1999 and 2002, and he will finally be back again this year, performing on the Marktplatz in Lörrach as part of his "World Wild Tour." Accompanied by his fantastic live band, he will take the audience on a journey through his entire career, encompassing both his newer songs and the energy and verve of his big hits.
The duo Ferris & Sylvester have left their lockdown retreat in the middle of nowhere in England and are bringing their mixture of blues, Americana, and rock 'n' roll back to the stages of the world—and with concentrated power! Their debut album "Superhuman" is the perfect soundtrack for a new era full of self-confidence and zest for action with its driving beats, voices full of longing, grooving guitar riffs, and lyrics that get to the core of your feelings.
Tickets are € 69.
