Summer Concert in Kannenfeld Park — In His Hands

For the 13th year, music lovers will be treated to free summer evening open-air concerts in Kannenfeld Park. The concert series entitled “Musikalische Sommersprosse” (musical freckles) will feature music from a variety of genres. Bring a blanket or sit directly in the grass. Picnics are welcome, but beverages and sandwiches can also be bought from a stand at the arena and a Kiosk.
The concert takes place in the Arena by the upper park entrance at Burgfelderstrassse. In case of rain, the concert will be postponed to the following day.
On this evening, Gospelchor und Band and Gospel goes Jazz Basel will be treating the audience to a summer evening of singing traditional gospels and inspiring songs accompanied by their fiery band and led by their choir director Christer Løvold—an inspiring summer pleasure with music for the soul.
