For the 12th year, music lovers will be treated to free summer evening open-air concerts in Kannenfeld Park. The concert series entitled “Musikalische Sommersprosse” (musical freckles) will feature music from a variety of genres. Bring a blanket or sit directly in the grass. Picnics are welcome, but beverages and sandwiches can also be bought from a stand at the arena and a Kiosk.
The concert takes place in the Arena by the upper park entrance at Burgfelderstrassse. In case of rain, the concert will be postponed to the following day.
On this evening, the Little Chevy Band will be serving up Americana à la Baloise. From rhythm 'n' blues and country to rock, folk, pop, and even tango (!) Little Chevy and her formidable troupe create a rousing and unique gumbo (https://www.littlechevy.ch/band/).
Admission is free.
