For the 12th year, music lovers will be treated to free summer evening open-air concerts in Kannenfeld Park. The concert series entitled “Musikalische Sommersprosse” (musical freckles) will feature music from a variety of genres. Bring a blanket or sit directly in the grass. Picnics are welcome, but beverages and sandwiches can also be bought from a stand at the arena and a Kiosk.
The concert takes place in the Arena by the upper park entrance at Burgfelderstrassse. In case of rain, the concert will be postponed to the following day.
On this evening, T Route 65 will be taking the audience on the "Road to Country Music" (https://www.route65.ch/). The band from Northwestern Switzerland plays a modern direction of country music while allowing itself to leave the beaten path and explore stylistic boundaries that range from country rock to classic honky-tonk sound and soulful ballads.
Admission is free.
