Sylphe — Pure Piaf

The opera singer and musical actress Sylphe (Sylvia Heckendorn) and Christian Müller on the piano present emotionally charged interpretations of Edith Piaf chansons. “Milord,” “Padam Padam,” “Je ne regrette rien,” “L'accordéoniste...”—they are unforgettable chansons of the one and only Piaf. For her portrayal of Piaf, Sylphe received the Audience Award for Most Popular Performer at the Gandersheim Cathedral Festival (DE). After many successes in front of enthusiastic and moved audiences, Sylphe and Müller are now again touring Switzerland with their emotionally charged interpretations of Piaf's chansons. Sylphe tells the audience the stories in the chansons and of the life of the chanteuse. With his sensitive playing, Müller creates captivating worlds of emotion and mood. Sylphe touches people because she is open, vulnerable, and authentic. Her voice and expression are of a powerful beauty and gripping intensity that leaves no skin smooth and no heart unmoved. A discovery.
Tickets are CHF 39-49.
