Early risers can experience the Fondation Beyeler museum in the stillness of morning and start the day with a guided meditation. This month’s Art of Meditation session with Ivy Hieber-Kwok is entitled “Coming Home to the Heart.” The meditation session will be in English, and attendees can view the exhibition after the event.
The session is conducted in partnership with Sutra House (http://www.sutra-house.com).
Admission is CHF 7 plus entry to the museum; doors open at 8:45.
