Early risers can experience the Fondation Beyeler museum in the stillness of morning and start the day with a guided meditation. This month’s Art of Meditation session with Ivy Hieber-Kwok is entitled “Loving-Kindness.” The meditation session will be in English, and attendees can view the exhibition after the event.
The session is conducted in partnership with Sutra House (http://www.sutra-house.com).
Admission is CHF 7 plus entry to the museum; doors open at 8:45.
