The kings of a cappella singing will be back in Riehen. This program examines the musical connections between Iberia and the "New World" of South America. It's not just about the glorious European Renaissance music introduced by the conquistadors and traders, but also about the musical traditions that already existed in South America and how the two merged. The program concludes with the popular piece, “in close harmony.”
