Theater — The Iliad (Battle for Troy)
Can one laugh about war? It seems absurd. Evil jokers are waging it. After 10 years of pointless and fruitless siege of Troy, Achilles becomes as angry as a child and Odysseus has a cunning idea. Director Antú Romero Nunes makes use of Homer's ancient epic. Within a simple situation he tells his own story. A playful examination of the absurdity of great conflicts. This play will be performed in German with English surtitles, except for the première.
Tickets are CHF 30-70 for adults and CHF 10 for students.
