Vanesa Harbek

The Queen of Latin Blues is back! Three years after her previous output "High Heels Tango," Vanesa Harbek released her third studio album "Visiones" in January 2022. For Harbek, "Visiones" is a matter of the heart. Not only because the musician and painter, who has been living in Berlin since 2016, now wants to finally conquer Europe with this album, but also because it has become the most personal work of the 43-year-old Argentinian to date. In 12 songs, which she sings partly in English and partly in Spanish, Harbek takes the listener on a musical journey through her life and soul, expressing herself not only musically but also visually, because for each track on the album there is also a painting by the South American artist, who, incidentally, also exhibits her works in a Berlin gallery. Her musical trademark of mixing traditional blues with soul elements and tango has already earned the singer and guitarist (who also plays trumpet excellently) the nickname "the female Carlos Santana." What both have in common is the excellent guitar playing and the blues with South American flair.
Tickets are CHF 27 in advance and CHF 29 at the door. Spoil yourself before the show with a warm meal at the stylishly cozy Atlantis restaurant, which is open from 18:00-21:00.
