Garance Monfort grew up in France in a family of artists. She pursued her artistic career and studied a post diploma in history of art at the Sorbonne in Paris, as well as training to become an art teacher. Monfort enjoys life, travels, and discovering the world, from Ireland, England, Australia to Switzerland. She’s also a singer-songwriter and has been performing live, solo, and with different bands singing jazz, blues, and rock. Monfort’s artwork has been shown in galleries internationally, in Australia, Ireland, England, France and Switzerland. She currently lives in Basel Switzerland where she paints in her studio and plays music.
This exhibition will feature a series of underwater paintings entitled "Water's Skin," all paintings will be available for sale. The exhibit will be open at Centrepoint during their opening hours until January 3. On this evening, there will be a vernissage that is open to Centrepoint members and nonmembers alike.
Entrance is free for members and nonmembers, no registration required.
