Do you have a mysterious object at home whose use is completely unknown to you? Or something that you used in the past but has fallen into disuse today, such as an MP3 player or a flea trap? Then we would be delighted if you would share this object with us! In conjunction with their upcoming exhibition “Out of Use—Everyday Life in Transition,” the Historisches Museum Basel is inviting Baslers to share their unknown and no-longer-used objects with them. They would be delighted to collect the unusual objects and the stories you may still know about them. From March onwards, you can contact them online, and on the two identification afternoons you can bring your objects directly to the Barfüsserkirche.
