Sports Classes for Everyone Start in January
As a part of Basel’s initiative to keep people healthy, the organization Gsünder Basel has compiled a huge list of classes available for adults in the Basel area. They offer classes in the daytime, evenings, and even on weekends in the areas of Aqua-Power Gym, back training, body shape, Bollywood fitness, boot camp, gymnastics, Kraft Fit, martial arts, Nordic walking, pilates, water gymnastics, water jogging, and more. Other classes focus on relaxation, including meditation, mindfulness, tai chi-qi gong, yoga, and even yodeling! There are also excursions, nutrition classes, and classes geared specifically to immigrants. New classes start in January. Go to their website for a complete list of classes.
