Bel a cappella from Sydney, Australia, is touring Switzerland in May 2025 for a musical cultural exchange, presenting a cappella choral works by Australian composers in some of Europe’s most prestigious and historic venues in Zürich, Rheinfelden, St Gallen, Basel, Neuchâtel and Chaux-du-Milieu.
This concert will focus on the theme of singing itself, in a diversity of music, including works by William Byrd, Sally Greenaway, Luke Byrne, Chris Sainsbury, Iris Szeghy, J.-C. Rosaz, Caroline Charrière, Johannes Brahms, and Fanny Hensel. Special guest is Miriam Terragni (flute).
Entrance is free but there will be a collection.
