In conjunction with the special exhibit on apothecary jars—"Fragile Masterpieces”— you are invited to join a hands-on workshop where participants will decorate their own clay tiles inspired by the style of Renaissance maiolica. Participants can use patterns provided or create a unique design of their own, drawing on the rich visual language of historical examples. The practical portion is designed to be accessible for beginners and is also suitable for children under age 12 accompanied by an adult. The workshop will be held in German, English, and Italian; participants should visit the exhibition prior to the workshop.

The museum entrance fee (only in combination with the workshop) and the workshop costs are covered by the SNSF Agora funds. Please let them know if you can't attend, as there will be a waiting list.
