Children’s Theater in Lange Erlen — Pippi Longstocking

For the six weeks of school holidays, the children’s theater, Theater Arlecchino, will be performing the play entitled “Pippi Langstrumpf” (Pippi Longstocking) at Lange Erlen in the pavilion in front of the Parkrestaurant.
Pippi Longstocking is an extraordinary girl. She lives all alone in Villa Villekulla, together with her horse and her monkey, Mr. Nilsson. Pippi is incredibly strong and fearless. She befriends the neighbor children, Tommy and Annika, and experiences many funny and crazy adventures with them. The adults, however, aren't at all happy that Pippi does whatever she wants. Her father is a captain and away at sea, but Pippi manages quite well on her own.
This production will be performed twice daily from Mondays to Saturdays at 14:00 and at 16:00. The play will be performed in dialect and will last 55 minutes, without intermission, and you are free to come and go as you please. The spectator area is covered and therefore not weather-dependent. Lange Erlen can be reached by bus 36 (stop called “Lange Erlen,” but note that only every second bus goes in that direction). There is limited parking at Lange Erlen that can fill up quickly.
Admission is free and no reservation is required. There will be a collection after the show to benefit the actors.
