Find high-quality arts and crafts from the region, as well as from Italy and France, in the over 100 beautifully decorated stands set up this year in three difference locations in town, all within walking distance from each other—Alter Marktplatz, Senser Platz, and the square in front of the Hebelpark. Enjoy the scent of Dresden Christmas stollen and roasted almonds. Stroll past lovingly decorated stands and discover their wares or warm your hands with a glass of mulled wine or a hot punch. There is much to discover along the long rows of stands: snow globes, glowing stars, sparkling Christmas decorations, ceramics and woodwork, handmade stuffed animals, and all sorts of delicacies. The kids can get excited over the visit from Santa Claus, the Three Wise Men, and the advent calendar house on the Chesterplatz.
