Many foods can still be safely consumed after their best-by date—but which ones, and for how long? Stop by and help save food, gather information along the exhibition route about extended shelf life, and take part in a blind tasting to see if you can use your senses to determine which product has already reached its best-by date.
This interactive exhibition on the topic of food waste is open to the public free of charge in the Mono Room of the Markthalle; school classes and larger groups are welcome and should register to attend.
