This forest bathing program is based on the Japanese practice called “Shinrin-Yoku”, forest bathing. Join certified forest and nature therapy guide (by ANFT) Beáta Szablicson for a mindful and bodyful experience in and with nature. It is a simple way to slow down, relax, explore the moment through your senses in collaboration with the natural environment. On this gentle walk you will explore the natural world with practices that re-connect you to all that is around you and invites you towards a journey within. You may only travel a few hundred meters in a relaxed pace, but this walk may take you beyond the stress and worries of your everyday life. A true bliss to support your mental, physical, and emotional health.
