Who doesn't know Chicago Blues with founding fathers like Big Bill Broonzy and Sonny Boy Williamson, or the style icons who rose to international stardom, such as Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Willie Dixon, and Buddy Guy?
On this evening, Groove Now! will pay tribute to these style-defining musicians with a Chicago Blues Revue featuring some of the most exciting musicians from the Windy City, including Willy Jordan (vocals), Nick Moss (guitar, vocals), Bob Welsh (piano, guitar), Andrew Duncanson (vocals, guitar), Rodrigo Mantovani (bass), and Pierce Downer (drums). Spaniard Victor Puertas, one of the world's finest harmonica players, who has truly internalized the tradition of the blues, will also be on stage. Look forward to an evening of Chicago blues classics, played by some of the best and most exciting musicians from Chicago and Spain.
