The crème de la crème of Ticino's producers will come to Zürich for a day to present the best of their gastronomic tradition. Polenta and Merlot wine represent the essence of Ticino cuisine, but there's more: you will also taste other appetizing delicacies, both sweet and savory, which, reinterpreted or in unusual combinations, are not yet known to the general audience. On the 9 km long tour, seven culinary stages await you in eye-catching corners of the city of Zürich that each feature a typical Ticino culinary course cooked on site that is paired with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. The easy itinerary is suitable for everyone and allows you to taste and enjoy Ticino cuisine from breakfast to dessert. The number of participants is limited to 700 people, and a new group will depart every 15 minutes between 8:45 (first group) and 12:00 (last group). The tour starts at Europaallee, right next to Zürich’s main train station.
