Italian Cooking Workshop — Homemade Pasta & Panna Cotta

Beatrice De Gregori and Mara Lossani are two Italian expat women and moms, who are passionate about traditional, healthy cooking and have the dream to create a warm, home-like community through the shared experience of cooking authentic Italian cuisine in their Italian Cooking Club. These English-language classes blend tradition, passion, and health-conscious cooking, ensuring that every dish is both nourishing and full of flavor thanks also to De Gregori's expertise as a nutritionist. More than just learning recipes, people come together to cook, connect, and share in the warmth of food and culture. The goal is for each participant to leave not only with new culinary skills but with the ability to recreate these meals at home—bringing the heart of Italy and the new connections into their own kitchens, home, and life.
What is the Italian Cooking club? De Gregori and Lossani will prepare the recipe(s) for each event, showing and explaining all the secrets of the dishes of the day; vegan options are available for every recipe—because nourishment should be for everyone! Participants will meet around 9:45 and the event will end around 13:30, after having lunch in a relaxed and homely atmosphere with the food that has been prepared together. Additionally, a personalized physical document will be provided to all the participants, specifying all the necessary information needed to prepare the recipe again at home.
On May 12 and 13, the Italian Cooking Event will dive into the art of making homemade fresh pasta (without eggs) from scratch, and explore the flavors of traditional pesto alla Genovese as well as the bold twist of pesto alla Trapanese. To top it all off, you will make a silky, irresistible panna cotta.
Cost is CHF 50 per person. The fee covers the cost of ingredients for the workshop, as well as the breakfast, lunch, and class materials.
All of the events will take place in Reinach, close to the Tram 11 stop Reinacherhof (the exact address will be shared before the event).
