In this extra concert, Kammerorchester Basel under the direction of concert master Baptiste Lopez presents Georg Friedrich Händel’s Concerto Grosso op. 3, no. 2 in B-major; excerpts from his serenata "Aci, Galatea Polifemo," as well as other Händel arias from "Ariodante" and "Serse." Soloists are Kateryna Kasper (soprano), Sophie Harmsen (mezzosoprano), and Luigi de Donato (bass).
Tickets are CHF 30-90 for adults, half price for youths and students.
