At the end of June, the historic backdrop of Rheinfelden’s old town becomes a hotspot for all lovers of fantasy and the Middle Ages. The event takes place around the town church of St. Martin, on the Rhein parking lot and on Zähringerplatz. All visitors will get their money's worth with the varied program: with show fights and camp life, acrobats and jugglers, fairy tale lessons and fantasy/saga figures, and a fire show, there is plenty on offer for young and old. Medieval crafts can be discovered at over 50 market stalls, while various food and drink stalls offer culinary delicacies. Rheinfelden associations are represented at the event with various program items. Various music groups will also be entertaining guests on two stages. It is also possible to take part in free guided tours of the town with a medieval theme or to visit the Fricktal Museum and the medieval town wall during the weekend.
