“Nachtstrom” is an electrifying sound research project that begins at sunset at the earliest and presents a wide range of electronic music on stage—live electronics, acousmatic music, audiovisual works, improvisation, and more.
On this evening, film and sound meet: in collaboration with the “Institute for Incoherent Cinematography,” a series of silent films will be accompanied live by students of the Electronic Studio Basel, which is part of the University of Music FHNW. The film selection is curated by Pablo Assandri, while students from the classes of Svetlana Maraš and Andrea Neumann provide the musical realization.
Tickets are CHF 5-15.
