Open Classics on the Rhein — Open Stage

After the enchanting summer night mood and sold-out concerts at the last four editions from 2022 to 2025, the classic open-air project will be entering the next round. There will be three concerts over two days on the idyllic Rhein Inseli, which can be reached from the Rheinbrücke between the two Rheinfelden.
The Open Stage format opens the stage to musical gems from the region. Enjoy a diverse and lively morning on the Inseli!
Discover the Sunnebärgchörli, founded in 2020 and led by Ruth Matter Riedi! Its driving forces are the joy of singing together, a love of tradition, and the desire to experience and promote yodeling in a new, fresh, and intergenerational way. Yodeling on the Rhine island—a rare treat!
The Brass Band Fricktal emerged from the former Mumpf Music Society and has established itself over the past decades as one of Switzerland's leading brass bands. Today, they play in the first division and delight audiences with powerful programs, renowned guest soloists, and innovative projects. In 2025, the Brass Band Fricktal celebrated its 150th anniversary. This demonstrates that music in the Fricktal region is and remains more vibrant than ever!
Enjoy the gastronomic offerings on the Rhein Bridge starting 2 hours before the concert begins and during the concert intervals, which will be moved inside the Bürgersaal Rheinfelden in case of bad weather.
Tickets are CHF 30 for adults and CHF 15 for students.
