This 4-day music festival is the largest hip-hop festival in Europe. Most popular with the under -35 crowd, it lives up to its title and combines all facets of hip-hop over four days: trap, German rap, UK drill, French rap, boombap, horror core, mumble, and lots of female power. The festival grounds are open from 12:00-04:00 (14:00-04:00 on the first day) and can be reached by many shuttle buses from the train station. This music festival has a campground where many fans stay for the duration to get the full experience.
This year’s line-up includes Wizkid, Stormzy, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Aitch, Central Cee, Denzel Curry, $not, 01099, Coi Leray, Gazo, Glorilla, BHZ, Boney MC & Raf Camora, Juju, and many more.
You can travel there by car in about 1.5 hours (parking next to the festival site for a fee), or you can take the train to Frauenfeld.
One-day tickets for Wednesday are CHF 129, 2-day tickets are CHF 249, 3-day passes are CHF 289 and 4-day passes are CHF 359; they can be purchased through https://www.ticketmaster.ch/; combination train–concert tickets can be purchased through the SBB at a 20% discount.
