The Philharmonisches Orchester Basel (Basel Philharmonic Orchestra) is a demanding amateur orchestra that performs works from various epochs up to contemporary music, as well as commissioned works. In their concerts (every spring and autumn), they let the harmonies of the most diverse composers ring out so that they conquer the hearts of the listeners and thus bring moments of happiness and joy. On this Sunday, they will be playing works by Norbert Burgmüller, Louis Spohr, and Peter Tschaikowski.
Tickets are CHF 20-40 for adults, CHF 10-20 for students, CHF 10 for youths ages 7-16, and free for kids up to age 6.
