You will also find local Swiss products, including various types of bacon, bread, cheese, fruit liquors, knitted products, and much more. Enjoy specialties of sheep, beef, or goat; taste organic products; and experience rare breeds such as woolly pig, Grisons radiant goat, Diepholz goose, Appenzell pointed hood, and Swiss chicken. By purchasing the products from rare plant varieties or animal breeds, visitors give their palate completely new impressions and at the same time contribute to the preservation of these varieties and breeds.
