Schupfart Festival

Every September, a three-day music festival is held at the Schupfart airfield between Sissach and Eiken/Frick. In more than 40 years of festival history, many bands have graced the Schupfart Festival stage.
This year, the Friday evening will be headlined by the band Hecht, who will create a sensational atmosphere, along with Anna Rossinelli and Joya Marleen. Saturday will see a powerful build-up of excitement, starting with the newcomer band Fründe, the Lovebugs, headliners Megawatt with their rock music in dialect, and the AC/DC tribute band live/wire. On Sunday, Lucas Cordalis, known for his captivating performances and musical successes, as well as Anna-Maria Zimmermann, who delights the audience with her hits, will ensure a great atmosphere alongside the Stubete Gäng, Vincent Gross and Band, and Thierseer.
All acts will take place in the festival hall, so will not be affected by bad weather. In addition to the live performances, the hall will offer a varied selection of souvenir stands, a raffle, and plenty of bar and food stalls. The festival grounds can be reached in 30 minutes by car (there will be 3,000 parking spots for CHF 5), or by post buses that will be running through the night hours.
Tickets are CHF 82 on Friday, CHF 71 on Saturday, and CHF 69 for adults and CHF 35 for kids on Sunday; two-day and three-day passes are also available.
