The fully covered ice rink in Sissach is located 20 minutes from Basel. Most evenings are reserved for hockey clubs and skating lessons, as well as their curling club. They offer ice time to the public on weekday and weekend afternoons, as well as on Friday evenings. There will be ice discos from 20:00-22:30 on several Fridays each season; this year on November 24, January 26, and March 8, as well as on December 27 from 14:00-16:45. Entrance costs CHF 9 for adults, CHF 7 for youths ages 16-20, CHF 4.50 for kids ages 6-15, and free for kids under age 6.
