St. Nicholas and his helper Schmutzli will be visiting the Basel Zoo from 14:00-17:00. Children can recite a verse or sing a song for them to receive a small gift. There will be Grättimänner (person-shaped pastries made from sweet dough) and hot chocolate served in the restaurant and cafeteria.
Admission to the zoo is free for children up to age 15 on this day and reduced for adults.
