St. Peter at Sunset is considered the most beautiful festival area in central Switzerland, with the stage next to the venerable village chapel of St. Peter and Paul and magnificent linden trees, and the gently rolling Jura hills in the background glowing at sunset. This year’s line-up headlines Bryan Adams, Roxette, Dabu Fantastic, Peter Maffay, Gölä, Kunz, Baba Shrimps, and many more.
The festival grounds in Kestenholz are located about 45 minutes by car from Basel (parking for a fee), or you can take the train to Olten and then bus 505 to Dörfli Kestenholz.
