The Stimmen (Voices) music festival has become the largest music event on the Upper Rhine, attracting an impressive array of international stars, soloists, and choirs, providing magical moments and musical experiences for young and old. From June 18 to July 11 this year, the festival will play a homage to the power and beauty of the human voice at various special venues in neighboring Germany.
Giant Rooks are among the most exciting indie bands in Europe right now. The five musicians from Hamm, Germany, with their distinctive sound, deep emotion, and knack for catchy melodies, have long since transcended Germany's borders. Since their debut album "Rookery" and its follow-up "How Have You Been?", they've been filling venues across the continent, regularly topping the charts, and captivating audiences with songs like "Morning Blue," "Bedroom Exile," and "For You." Their sound lies somewhere between driving indie rock and melancholic pop. Live, they create a dense, almost hypnotic atmosphere where everything comes together: energy, presence, and the feeling of being part of something real.
