As part of the cross-border contemporary art project “Regionale 24,” Ausstellungsraum Klingental embarks on an expedition into the unknown. The journey through the universe of the many submissions of the Open Call was not only steered by the curiosity of the two curators but was also realigned at each stop with the respective invited artists according to their wishes. The fascination of the unknown and the desire to discover is thus revealed in very different dimensions—sometimes in the immediate near, sometimes in the attainable far, and sometimes in the abstract vast. This exhibition is curated by Sabrina Davatz, Alexandra Adler, and the artists of the exhibition.
