"W-ein Kapitel" is an exclusive evening series at the Vinoteca Donati Vini in Basel. Each event focuses on a specific theme, such as selected wines, complementary cuisine, and a harmonious atmosphere. The series is aimed at those who want to do more than just enjoy wine and want to delve deeper and discover new perspectives. Season 2 takes you through autumn and winter, with three very different evenings.
The series kicks off on this evening with a comparison of island wines: Cyprus meets Sicily & Sardinia. Three Mediterranean island terroirs will be presented side by side, allowing you to taste heat, altitude, and the influence of the sea in your glass. Bernhard and Beat will guide you through the evening, comparing the wines from the two islands.
