The Tôsô X-EVENT will take place for the 4th time in 2026. Five instructors are waiting to get you moving and make the gym rock! A variety of classes will take your fitness to a new level, give you new ideas, and let you have tons of fun. Even though the X-EVENT revolves around martial arts fitness, they have also integrated the perfect change of pace, DAYO (Dance Yoga), into the course schedule. Pack your sports bag, let the day inspire you, and keep the impressions and experiences you've gathered forever.
The X-EVENT is bookable for all sports enthusiasts for CHF 79; licensing cost may be extra (CHF 20). It takes place at Hall 2 at St. Jakobshalle.
