Air is everything or nothing. It is our lifeblood—invisible, often unnoticed, yet essential. One breath is enough to begin life. But what happens when air is lacking? When we have to find ways to create it in order to survive?
Zirkus Chnopf explores these questions through images, music, encounters, acrobatics, and dance. In search of freedom and community, they swing and explore the poetic space between earth and air.
For UFE, they explored the environment, crises, and the longing for lightness, and they invite you on a journey through resistance and poetic moments. The spectacle encourages you to rediscover air as a habitat and metaphor, and to experience how, while swinging, individual bodies can create a collective breath.
Entrance is free but there will be a collection at the end of the performance.
