Open-Air Music Festival — ZOA City

ZOA City, an open-air music festival that takes place at the beautiful Dolder ice skating arena in Zürich, is an extension of the well-known Zürich Open-Air (ZOA) music festival. This year’s ZOA City will kick off with German band Provinz, with their irresistible indie pop anthems. June 18 is reserved for the Australian electronic luminaries, Empire of the Sun, whose ever-captivating live shows rest on the fringe of fantasy and reality, shepherding audiences into a kaleidoscopic world of spectacular visuals, theatrical performance, and larger-than-life production. German DJ and music producer BUNT. will transform the night of June 19 into one of those moments of euphoria, ecstasy, and pure energy that simply jumps across, and German DJ Boris Brejcha will be playing his own form of electronic music on July 4. The final act at this year’s ZOA City will be British singer-songwriter James Arthur, who rose to fame after winning the X Factor in 2012.
Parking is extremely limited and public transport is therefore recommended. You can take the train to Zürich, and from there, your festival ticket includes free shuttle buses and the ticket for the return trip on the city network (zone 110, 2nd class).
Tickets are CHF 59-79; VIP CHF 99-139.
