Star chef Andy Zaugg has been shaping this gourmet walk, which is so popular with guests, into a culinary highlight for many years. Groups of up to 30 guests each, starting at half-hour intervals, stroll through a city such as Solothurn and are spoiled with gourmet specialties and wine tastings in seven different locations. Winemakers bring precious wines from their own vineyard to pamper Solothurn guests and to caress the palate. Each stop includes a menu course and a glass of wine personally presented to you by the winemaker. The Route Gourmande, accompanied by tour guides, is an unforgettable culinary experience that lasts an impressive 3 ½ hours from the start! The first departure is at 10:30 and the last departure starts at 14:30. The guests will be welcomed with a first glass of wine and menu course in La Couronne.
