The Bianca Story — Dancing People Are Never Wrong Vol. 3

The first The Bianca Story concert at the Kuppel sold out quickly, and so they are thrilled to announce the additional concert "Dancing People Are Never Wrong Vol. 3"! A second evening full of exuberant melodies and ecstatic dance moves awaits you.
Ten years have passed since the Basel-based globetrotters The Bianca Story made a generation sweat and shine with “Dancing People Are Never Wrong.” Millions danced to that line worldwide—then the band scattered like shooting stars in all directions. But now they are back in the legendary dome.
For two concerts, the band opens its treasure chest: “Coming Home” resounds as a homesick classic, a “Lazy Boy” stumbles through the “Friends Bar,” asking “Does Mani Matter?”—and the bittersweet “Neon Sand” fades into the night. Anyone who has experienced The Bianca Story live knows: This is a sweat-inducing experience somewhere between rock 'n' rave, storytelling, and emotional explosions. Art pop at its most euphoric, dazzling and electrifying.
The band performs in the same seven-member lineup they've used for the past few years: singer Elia Rediger teeters between madness and guru-like presence, while singer Anna Gosteli tames the chaos. Keyboardist Fabian Chiquet is electrifying, the guitars of Jonas Wolf and Victor Moser weave through the melodies, and bassist Joël Fonsegrive, along with drummer Lorenz Hunziker, sends the group into a state of suspended animation.
Advanced tickets are CHF 40 (CH 35 reduced) or CHF 45/40 at the door.
