Basel has its own outdoor music festival, Summerstage, which this summer will take place at the end of June in Park Im Grünen in Münchenstein. This year’s festival will run over four days, with a “Classic Meets Pop” special on Wednesday, with the Sinfonieorchester Basel featuring Ritschi & Carmina Burana. There will be three acts on Thursday evening (Johannes Oerding, Milow, and Linda Elys), three “Rock Monsters of Switzerland” on Friday (Gotthard, Krokus, and Seraina Telli), and four acts on Saturday (Baschi, NEMO, Dom Sweden, and Amber Rae). The venue opens at 18:00 on Wednesday, 17:30 on Thursday, 17:00 on Friday, and 15:30 on Saturday. The concert grounds can be reached by tram 14.
Tickets are CHF 65-85 for Wednesday (CHF 55-75 for kids up to age 16), CHF 95 for Thursday (CHF 85 for kids up to age 16), CHF 90 for Friday (CHF 80 for kids up to age 16), and CHF 80 on Saturday (CHF 70 for kids up to age 16), which are valid for all concerts on the day and are available at https://www.actnews.ch/ and https://www.ticketcorner.ch/en/.
