Mary Poppins is arguably still “the world's most famous nanny.” She brings a breath of fresh air to the tightly organized Banks family's home. With humor and sensitivity, the young woman shapes Jane and Michael's everyday life. Thanks to her, they have the chance to escape, experience fantastic stories, and thus gain new experiences. Not only the children, but also the parents learn from Mary Poppins and find a new way to approach their children.
This play was written by Peter Keller, based on the novel by Pamela L. Travers. It will be performed in dialect and is ideal for families with children ages 4 and up.
