The Angelo Brand Trio stands for authentic Gypsy jazz, musical energy, and virtuoso guitar playing. In the traditional lineup of two guitars and double bass, the trio presents their own interpretations of Django Reinhardt's pieces as well as their own compositions. The musicians have been performing on numerous stages and at festivals both in Germany and abroad for many years. Their engagements include the Django Reinhardt Festival in Fontainebleau, other renowned jazz venues in Europe, and performances as far away as New York. With their program, the trio combines the roots of Gypsy jazz with their own distinctive musical style. Virtuoso guitar playing, driving swing, and soulful melodies make every performance a special concert experience in a concert full of energy, passion and genuine Gypsy jazz for everyone who loves handmade music and wants to be swept away by the swing.
