With his third solo album "Future Ghosts" in his luggage, Brookln Dekker will go on tour in autumn 2024. Dekker grew up in the Midwest of the United States. In 2003, he founded the indie folk duo Rue Royale with his wife Ruth, moved to England, and toured Europe extensively until 2014. Under the name Dekker, he produced his first solo album “Slow Reveal: Chapter One” in 2020 together with the Berlin drummer and producer Stefan Wittich, the tracks of which quickly landed on several major folk playlists. "This Here Island," "The Love," and "Tethered, Wrapped Around" have been streamed over 30 million times on Spotify alone and are in rotation on several major radio stations across Europe. In the United States, the album even entered the NACC Top 200 (US College Charts) at number 70 at the end of December 2020. Dekker gained further notoriety through the use of "Tethered, Wrapped Around" in the Netflix series “Kitz.”
