The band LAESSIG has come from different directions and has come together around the charismatic singer-songwriter Marco Lässig. Freed from the fast pace of time and with a remarkable ability to combine different influences to create an independent sound, the band quickly made a name for themselves. LAESSIG stands for a unique sound and exquisite songs with gripping arrangements that have made their way straight onto the radio.
In the melody-rich pop, which is sometimes rocky, sometimes folksy, different influences merge to create their very own, unmistakable sound. The result is a refreshing mixture of international format, creatively packaged in catchy melodies and profound lyrics. As a great live band with concerts in clubs or at festivals, such as the most recent one at the Floss in Basel, the band knows how to take the audience along with them.
